ROBERT ANTELL
Robert studied graphic design and illustration in Bristol and graduated in 1982.
He has spent nearly all his adult life in the field of Design, Printing and Publishing.
As a graphic designer Robert has worked for an impressive list of clients, including: AXA, BMW, HTV, Royal Ordnance, AA Travel, Vickers plc , Sun Life and BP Castrol.
Robert is a member of North Bristol Artists and designs and produces the art trail brochure/map and poster.
Mockingbird Press is a member of Bristol Creatives.

Alongside his design career he has built up a considerable portfolio as an artist. His work has been exhibited at Mid Cornwall Galleries, CCA Galleries (Bath & Farnham), the Ginger Gallery (Bristol) and A2 Gallery, Wells, Somerset. His original ballet pastel paintings have recently been exhibited at Alexander Gallery.
He has had his work featured in Artists & Illustrators Magazine and The Artist Magazine. He has also won the Caran d'ache award as part of the annual exhibition for The Artist magazine at Patchings Art Centre, Nottingham.
He has had his artwork published by award winning publishers, Glebe Cottage and The Royal Horticultural Society.

Robert (50) has spent time living in Cornwall and Bath, and now lives in his home town of Bristol with his wife Sharon and two children.

SHARON ANTELL
Sharon studied design and illustration in Bristol, where she met Robert in 1980. She then worked in advertising for a magazine and news publisher.
After having children Sharon decided to train to be a teacher and gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and worked as a primary school teacher for 9 years.
She now paints mainly in watercolour alongside helping to run Mockingbird Press.
